Nathaniel is a Tax Professional and Manager for Verdant, a d/b/a of Avior Tax & Accounting.
Originally hailing from Papillion, Nebraska, Nathaniel ventured to the western side of the state for his education at Chadron State College. There, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, laying the foundation for his future career. In 2020, Nathaniel achieved the prestigious Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.
During his time in school, Nathaniel gained invaluable hands-on experience at a small public accounting firm in Chadron. His responsibilities ranged from preparing agricultural tax returns and running payroll to performing bookkeeping and auditing. In 2018, Nathaniel returned to Omaha, joining Dutton & Associates as an auditor and tax professional.
Nathaniel’s eight years of audit, tax, and accounting expertise followed him to Verdant. Nathaniel’s multifaceted experience enables him not only to adeptly prepare business and individual tax returns but also to provide clients with valuable tax planning and advisory services.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Nathaniel is an avid outdoorsman, with a deep passion for fishing and hunting. This love for the outdoors led him back to western Nebraska, where he and his wife are raising their three beautiful children. Currently residing in Hay Springs, NE, a quaint community in the northern panhandle, they spend their spare time camping, hiking, gardening, and enthusiastically supporting all things Husker-related.
