Robert is an Investment Officer at Avior Institutional, a division of Avior.
He specializes in the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of clients’ portfolios. He leverages the firm’s robust fiduciary management process, while conducting comprehensive manager due diligence for its institutional clientele. His analyses include financial and economic research that is used at the firm’s investment committee meetings.
Robert currently holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) designation and earned his Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance with a concentration in Banking and Financial Institutions, coupled with a minor in Economics, from The Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.
During his time at Stevens, Robert led a team to victory in an algorithmic trading competition. He earned a research and design award, showcasing his acumen in the fields of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency. He was invited and presented to the Texas Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems on the impacts artificial intelligence is likely to have on institutional investment portfolios.
A Houston native, Robert’s passion for soccer has deep roots, having played for the Houston Dynamo Academy. Robert is a long-distance runner, an avid reader, and frequent traveler.
