12. Additional Guidelines for A2P Messaging
Avior uses automated messaging (A2P) services to communicate with clients. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated messages from Avior, including but not limited to updates, notifications, and promotional offers.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving automated messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your interactions with Avior.
- Avior uses the contact information collected to communicate information about our services and to coordinate booking calls with our team.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
